Profile:

Organised administrator required to join a busy team working within a varied role for this large, well established company based in Poole paying up to 18,000 p/a on the permanent side. Initially a temp basis paying 9.23 per hour with a view to going permanent after 13 weeks.

The duties of this admin co-ordinator will include:

* Processing quotations
* Creating delivery & supply lists
* Creating and issuing purchase orders
* Stock allocations and ordering
* Identifying certain parts needed for certain customers
* Speaking with customers to obtain shipping instructions, payments etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Good Word and Excel skills
* Numeracy skills
* Administration background within an organised role. Ideally if you have come from a previous manufacturing industry background that would be advantageous
* Excellent multi-tasking and prioritisation skills
* Outstanding communication skills
* Enjoy dealing with people

Being based in Poole, our client offers free parking on-site with various other benefits as well as great working hours, finishing at 12:30pm on Fridays! There are supermarkets and shops very close by. This will be a temporary to permanent role so you will need to be available to start as soon as possible.
