Profile:

You will be working for Ordnance Survey in Southampton. The role is working within the Mapping Intelligence team as an customer service adviser/administrator. The role is 80% outbound call based, 10% online and the rest general administration.You will be responsible for working on range of varied projects and ensuring that all mapping intelligence is correct. You will be contact external clients to ensure they have the information required and checking the information available.
You must have good organisational and administrative skills and a full working knowledge of MS Office. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional telephone manner as the role is predominantly phone based.
