We have a dedicated Learning and Development Team that deliver a programme of training and coaching events designed to support our people at every stage of their career with Tate.
One clear aspect of our approach to personal development that makes us distinctive is that we take a holistic approach to learning and believe in supporting every aspect of an individual's growth, not just the skills needed to complete the job in hand.
To demonstrate this, our new starters work through a blended learning Induction Programme that covers the hard and soft skills required such as sales, service and employment legislation using a variety of learning methods including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), with emphasis throughout on our core values.
To add value to this approach to learning and development, our industry's professional body, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), have accredited our courses to ensure they uphold their code of conduct regulations. Our people sit a 2- hour examination to validate their learning and to demonstrate to our valued customers and candidates that we work to the highest possible industry standards.
Our people development continues with quarterly Consultant workshops, developing their skills to the next level on relevant business topics. We also run assessment centres for our talent pool of most promising individuals, training and coaching them to be the Managers of the future, followed by management development and leadership coaching for the most senior people in our business.
