From the start Tate made the effort to get to know us (the managers), the company and our preferences.
From getting to know us well Tate understood the type of candidates we were looking to interview. They worked with us to suggest suitable ways to advertise and created a bespoke selection of questions for Tate to use when screening possible candidates for us. This alone gave me confidence to believe in the capabilities of Tate.
Our Tate Consultant always made the effort to stay in contact with me and really took an interest in making sure our needs were met.
We have had so many good quality temporary staff from Tate that have gone on to work for us permanently. I believe the credit for this is down to Tate's attentiveness. Attentiveness to recognise a high quality candidate and attentiveness to our changing needs.
The staff have always appreciated Tate's personal touch, calling to see if they are fitting in well, remembering their hobbies and family names and the consultant's visits with sweets and chocolates were always very popular!
I too have always appreciated Tate's personal touch. Other agencies have over promised and under delivered, whereas Tate have always been honest and kept me informed of all the things they thought I should know, instead of treating me as £ sign.
