The level of service I have received from Tate Brighton over the past 3 years has been nothing short of exceptional. I have experienced working with them as a temporary employee, an employer and have just been recruited into my second job with them after I was made redundant earlier this year.
Every member of staff that I speak to is courteous, efficient, warm and friendly. You are given as much time on the phone as you need in order to deal with enquiries or difficulties you may be experiencing and you are listened to in a respectful and non-judgmental way. Clarity and reassurance have been given in abundance when needed and the level of support is very high.
I have just recommended Tate to a friend of mine and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a job or in need of high calibre candidates. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff I speak to and deal with for their exemplary professionalism, kindness and humor - a necessity in times of stress!!
