Testimonial for Leah Reeves – Recruitment Consultant for Tate
I have used many Agencies and Individual Recruitment Consultants in the past but I have to say that Leah’s efficiency and constant support and can do attitude has been by fair the best I have experienced.
Over the last 4 months she has been my first point of contact and has never failed to succeed to do her up most in finding me new roles even when it has been short notice.
She has always stressed to me that my needs come first and that me being happy in my roles was the most important part and always made sure I knew I could come to her if I had any problems/issues within my roles, which to any candidate working for agency’s is a great and comforting thing to know as it is never easy to say you are not happy or enjoying a role when they have gone to such effort to get you a Job in the first place.
In the last 4 months I have only been out of work for 2 weeks and one of those was due to illness, but having a constant flow of work is all thanks to Leah and the team, and as we all know in this current climate finding work has not been an easy task.
If anyone were to ask me what recruitment consultant/Agency was best to use I would and have always recommended Tate and given them Leah’s Name and this is something I will continue to do. Leah is hard working, Polite, friendly and extremely supportive and has the best people skills I have ever come across.
