I am writing simply to let you know how helpful Leah has been to me as a recruiting consultant.
As I’m sure you can appreciate, it can be hard to stay motivated following a redundancy and during a period of unemployment, no matter how short. I’ve found that some agencies tend to pray on this uncertainty and can be a little aggressive; trying to coerce you into taking any job, regardless of wage or challenge. I have not found this the case with Leah.
While maintaining that I have to be realistic about my situation, Leah has impressed on me how important it is to stay focussed and positive while she looks for a suitable job and I think that really it’s only a bit of bad luck that I’m not already working thanks to her efforts. A significant point is that rather than just telling me to accept anything that she has, which I know some people would do, she’s actually taken into consideration what I’d like and made a real effort to find a balance between that and what’s available.
I'm not sure what kind of impact Leah has had on the team or the business, but she always appears to be working very hard and from the start has struck me as an excellent representative of Tate. It’s thanks to her efforts that I have recommended yourselves to other people in my position and regardless of whether or not I do end up getting a job through your agency (I genuinely hope I do) I’ll always make sure to mention it if I meet anyone else in my current situation!
