When I first entered Tate, they were in the process of rebranding from Recruit Employment Services to Tate. They were all very busy. However two members of staff took time out to help me with my enquiry. The actual interview and application process was swift. I wasn't left waiting for any more than a couple of minutes between seeing people.
Tate was very thorough. They really seemed interested in what I had to say and asked a lot of pertinent questions about my next role. We sat together for some time throughout which my consultant listened and I felt that Tate was genuinely interested in helping me.
Not only did I meet with a Perms consultant but I also met with a Temps consultant who was very enthusiastic about finding me work. Both of them have been in touch, on more than one occasion to talk about relevant vacancies.
I have been impressed with the service that I have received from Tate and have felt very comfortable throughout.
