The Agency Workers Regulations - What It Means For You
The Agency Workers Regulations 2010 (AWR) will come into force on the 1st October 2011. After a qualifying period, the legislation will give temporary agency workers, such as yourself, similar basic entitlements as those on permanent contracts of employment in a comparable role. The Legislation does not alter your employment status in any way; you will remain a temporary agency worker engaged by Tate under your current terms.
